Schwarzenegger signs pay-cut order

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger today signed an executive order temporarily slashing the pay of roughly 200,000 state workers to the federal minimum wage of $6.55 an hour. Schwarzenegger administration officials said such action would help give the state enough cash to get by until a state budget is signed. źródło
